We are putting a lot of efforts in the software solutions. From Arrow perspective we have created a lot of solutions of which we are basically the resellers that goes to the end customer and talk about the solutions rather than having a specific product. We have put a lot of emphasis on training and certified programs for most of our vendors.
HOW IS ARROW REDEFINING THE TERM VALUE IN VALUE ADDED DISTRIBUTION?
Resellers are good in customer relationships but for everything that goes above and beyond that, we wish to play a pivotal role. We support the reseller partners in entirety by assisting them in pre-sales, PoCs, the demonstration facilities, training, enablement etc and all the way to winning the customer.
