Sitec started its journey in the region 8 years ago. They are a VAD that specialize in UC, IP telephony and VoIP. “We increased our portfolio to expand into networking, IP surveillance and other innovative products,” says, Ghassan Shalabi, CEO of Sitec.

Talking about its evolving go-to-market strategy, Ghassan says that one has to be up-to-date on technology. It changes every day and it all depends on what the customer wants based on the new buzzwords, hence the go-to-maket strategy also has to change every year.

Talking about their partnership with BITS Secure I.T Infrastructure, Ghassan says that it is very important to have an SI who has an understanding of your product and can take it to the market, otherwise it is like having a Ferari parked in garage because you do not know driving. “We started with BITS about 3 years ago and they have proven to be highly valuable to us. They are very aggressive in the market in terms of sales and the services they provide are excellent. The products that they carry are technically sound.”
