Established in 1998, Naizak Distribution is a subsidiary of Al Abdulkarim Holding Group and has a wide coverage in the Middle East, Asia & Europe with help of its partner companies. Naizak is a totally customer driven, local services organization, with a deliberate policy of heavy investment in staff of a very high caliber and specialization. Naizak maintains a network of offices in Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates through the Abdulkarim Trading Establishment.
Mustafa Fakhri, Channel and Business Development manager of Naizak says, “We started our journey as a service arm to our vendors. We began with servicing the solution that we sold and this has been a key differentiating factor. This is the value proposition that we offered to the client.
We also provide consultancy, pre-sales services, post-sales support and training and we also have authorized training centers for the vendors. Thus, we provide a 360-degree service to the customes.”
Naizak has two key domains – Cyber security and Infrastructure (which is an amalgamation of storage and surveillance) In security, Naizak has three major vendors— Sophos, Malwarebytes and Vectra. In Infrastructure, the key vendors are Kemp, Overland Tandberg data etc. Mustafa says that, IT is rapidly transforming and beckoning a digital age. “The requirement is the same. Everybody wants to automate the process and make it secure. Security has become a core over the time but simplifying security is the key.”
